I have found that out of everything I like the Panoxyl body wash soap. Seems to clear the acne up rather well while using it. It does tend to dry your skin out a little but other than that it works great!

I'm mainly using it to get stronger and work my stamina up. Hell the tire flipping has been damn good cardio too. I'm doing all this to keep what muscle I have and hopefully to cut some BF off. And also using it for my pre-boot camp workout too.
