zphcstore.com lost my order twice

I don’t recommend using zphcstore.com.
I’ve used them a couple times now and they screwed up both orders. Both of the times the order went missing they did not reship the second time it went missing they said that it’s my responsibility. The order number is definitely confirmed and the tracking number they gave me never even tracked. It’s like they never even shipped it in the first place. I think that’s some BS.
