I’m writing this with a swollen wrist. Imagine having to work out with a swollen wrist. That really sucks. I want to get back into the gym as soon as possible. How much TB 500 do you recommend that I use? A friend of mine recommended 10 or 15 mg a week. That seems like a lot though it’s kind of expensive. What do you recommend?
 
bpc at 500mcg EOD is the GOAT. and add tb500 with it at 2mgs EOD. this will work well
 
i love doing GHK along with tb500 and bpc together. all 3 are great stacked. frontload the dosage the first 2-3 weeks
 
I would recommend you use umbrella. They have excellent peptide options. You can do their healing snack. It will really give you good results.
 
tb500 should be frontloaded. the first few weeks do 5-10mgs a week split dosing. and then add bpc too
