I’m interested in bulking up on Rad140. Do you think that 20 mg a day would work for 12 weeks, and do you think I should add anything else to it? I’m 5’7” and 145 lbs so I have room to get bigger.
Make sure you're using rad at 20 milligrams a day. I think that is a sweet spot, and I would also consider some S4 with it if you want to bulk up especially.
