On this day I ended up sleeping in and missing my morning workout and I had to work ..
I guess I needed the sleep ..

I also ended up taking mt Girlfriend for a proper dinner today was her actual birthday so we went to a nice Italian place and I got myself a nice 10oz new York steak in Marsala sauce it was amazing!!
