Bro...you are right, but the truth is...my daughter is the one who suffered every day of her life. She is my hero and I am nothing compared to her. She was truly strong and would take a moment to smile for her daddy through sometimes thousands of seizures. This is for me AND her!

I use oxygen between sets flowing at .8 l a minute. I think this is the proper way to say it, but I find that my recuperation is better and I feel like getting more oxygen in the system is key.
