Back when I ran ECA this was always the ratio. So it's just what I did and got great results. If you google it that's pretty much the one that most people seem to go with.

I'm running Gen-Shi's Anadrol and Adex from Steel Gear. The shit is legit! I'm only 5 days in and I look so swollen that it looks like I just stepped out of the gym... all day! So Gen-Shi is g2g.
As a powerlifter, I HAVE TO spend time warming up. I'll foam roll, stretch, get on a heating pad, slather on Blue Heat, use sleeves, do rotator cuff work, etc.

One "power day" isn't gonna help you gain much strength. If you wanna transition into powerlifting you need stop thinking of them as chest, legs and back days and start thinking of them as bench, squat and deadlift days.

Shit, that's nothing. I have that breakfast almost every day. And when we've got the $ I usually do 2 lbs of ground beef in a sitting (at least twice a day). And no matter what I have a dozen eggs and a gallon of whole milk every day plus my three meals. Try to hit 6000-8000 cals a day.
