Alabama shows off new $9M weight room

Had to share this with you guys, looks like a 2-Story Weight-Room to die for...Any of you guys live near this or have trained here yet??

Alabama’s brand-new weight room estimated at $9.1 million that will even make NFL franchises envious. According to a story last August, the facility is 34,000 square feet and includes a juice room, a nutrition bar and a medical office suite.

Kidding aside, that is a great looking set up. I've always wondered if university gyms are open to the public?

Sweet set up there! Usually the university gyms are open to the public, but just the ones that the general student body uses. The ones that are for the athletic teams are not. They are usually full with one or more sports at any given time throughout the day. I can't really imagine any program wanting their athletes having to deal with some idiot trying to ask them a million questions about their team.

i can take some back roads and be there in a hour. its only for athletes so unless they offer my old ass a scholarship and change some grades i probably wont workout there but i have taken tours of campuses before and they allow you to see weight room so maybe
