Mine was alcoholism. Started out innocently enough but over time it took on a life of its own. Fortunately I no longer drink. However, in the process of quitting I took up chewing tobacco. LOL. Now I am trying to quit that but it feels a hundred times harder than ditching alcohol ever was.

I just don't see the sense in having large muscles if you can't do anything with them. I don't want to be all show and no go.
I warm up just enough to get the blood flowing. I'll do some shoulder work before any pressing session and do some stretching prior to anything for legs. Once I feel good I immediately jump into a heavy set.
Ive never torn anything in the gym but I have while doing a bouncing gig.
the only thing I could add to that us that I think switching compounds up after a few weeks to two months is great in the sense that it keeps the body guessing. I felt like my progress stayed on a much more linear path for awhile longer than if I had kept the same compounds the whole way...
I don't typically do blends. There are so many sites to pin. as it is I'd just rather pin a second site with the other compound. I just feel like the more there is in a blend the greater the likelihood of the measurements being off.
