Hi , I'm 22 years old. I just came out of a rotar cuff injury and really need a boost. Something to help me gain weight in a month and that extra power. I decided to try a anabolic supplement but only 1 cycle. Can someone assit me here please.

Definitely too young brother. I also had rotator cuff surgery for the first time at 22. Therapy and hard work is all you need! Do you have full range of motion back? Can you lift weights? How long out of surgery you? I'm 6 weeks out of my third rotator cuff surgery.

8 weeks...but I need to gain 6kg in the next month

When do you guys think it's OK to do a cycle? I'm 24 and a half and nobody here has said I'm too young for a cycle (it seems like 24/25 is probably the youngest anybody should consider cycling if you are at such a young age). I WILL say, that I've noticed HUGE changes from 22 to 24.5 in my body and aging, so I would agree that at 22 you're still developing (even if it's nearing the end) and could probably just see great gains with natty lifting. It's always best to use that natural test while you can and while you're still developing, otherwise you're looking at long term issues from what I've read everywhere.
 
about 23 is when the body stops growing if your 24 I would say that you have stopped growing
 
I use 25 years old as a go to because some develop faster than others and this gives an extra 2 year window for late bloomers. You do not under any circumstances want to trash your endocrine system.
 
never tried cell tech but i loved Phosphagen HP and XP, i blew up on it, It was an EAS product i think, put quick weight on me, mostly water but it kept the water in the muscle so you got stronger, was able to push more weight, in turn tore up muscle fibers deeper and grew more, so i would say creatine is a solid choice for this poster
 
best creatine I ever tried was by Twin Lad-I think it was called Cocktail, I put on 15lbs in 4 weeks strength went through the roof

don't think they make it anymore, I don't even think Twin Lab is around anymore
 
You want to get the most out of every workout bro? At your age start reading everything you can about proper nutrition and training. Get that on point and in a few years if you do start considering cycling you will need very little and get great results. Wish I did this when I was in my early 20's.
 
I trained my dick off naturally all through my teens and up into my mid 20's , so there is no rush and as stated numerous times here, don't do steroids at your age bro, and don't do them at all if your just doing them to do them and big big for no good reason , now when your older, and if its to compete or something then who am i to tell ya otherwise,
