    I take optimum whey PWO which has whey isolates in them. So im good in that field i guess. Well I just got my IGF and starting that today for a month, so Ill try to cut out the late night food and see where im at in a month. Hopefully LEANER and MEANER!

    Got MY IGF-1 in the mail today. Starting today 30-40mcg/day for 30 days. Current stats 6'3 205 LBS 11% bodyfat. Goal for the month: lose 1% bodyfat and gain 2-4 lbs of LBM. I dont expect to see much changes on the scale with my diet and the amount of cardio I will be doing. I love this stuff!

    you wont gain much scale weight on IGF-1 unless you are stacking it with AAS. On my last cycle for 6 weeks I gained 3 lbs which I was extremely pleased with since it was pure LBM. Dont expect to see changes on the scale, but changes in the mirror.
