if i remember correctly it was presser, and he also said something to the extent as it doesn't crystallize or something like that... it was a while back
i hit my upper chest twice a wk. once on chest day obviously (heavy) and then light 3 days later in with my shoulder workout and its built my upper chest up a lot
shit last time on fina my lower back pumps hindered my workout and it was impossible for me to do cardio... let alone even walk long distances without my shins killing me. i would get sever pumps way worse than shin splints...
