Do you guys inject your pecs?

Well mates you know , I fear hitting anything but my arse !! specially after I done researches and found that you wont get local growth to the muscle you hit .. so why to risk hitting nerves IMO !!
 
My pecs get kinda droopy after pec shots....scares me honestly sometimes as I think I'm developing gyno or something...lol

To find my injection site, I'll usuall flex the pathetic 'lil bastards and find the highest spot. When I relax, I hit that same spot as it's the thickest.........
 
Do you inject into the nipple? I have a friend that told me to do it that way???

This sounds like a BS post. Dude, would you inject anything into your nipple??? I didn't think so.

BTW your friend is an idiot...Tell him to come to this site and learn what the hell he is doing b4 telling people to do stupid things.

Sorry, I don't like to flame people but posts like this give newbies info that will hurt them. Do not inject into your nipples ever!!!
 
Yeah dude, don't inject into your nipple. You'll hurt yourself. This reminds me of the post where some dude supposedly injected himslef into his asshole when he was doing a "glute" shot. People should def. research stuff b4 making careless mistakes. Go to the spot injections website that has been mention several times in this thread alone. It's easy, just click on it.
 
I've shot two cc's into each pec before and I don't think I'll go any higher than that.....anyone else have a problem with gear "knotting" the muscle up?
 
peck injections are great I learner from WeirdAl like he said about an imch and a half above the nipple use a 5/8 pin 25g this is the best so far !

so far I have injected
gluts
quads
bi's
tri's (both heads)
delts side and front (will try rear delts next time)
pecks

all so far have been easy with no problems eccept 1 quad injection and I almost passed out (I used a 1 1/2 inch pin 23g)
seeing that go into my leg freaked me out !

I've done all the above plus traps and lats(only once) ohh yea calves also. 25g 1"
