an mp3 player is a great idea for a gift, cause when you are in the gym, you can just block out all distractions and lift. it's light and usually not too expensive. i got mine for around 100 bucks at radio shack.

About a year and a half ago i would have said shoulders and legs, but since i EFF'd my shoulder i can only really say legs. they are big and ripped and run like the wind.

just to give you a little perspective of what i am dealing with.
when the rest of you guys are sore from working biceps are your muscles sore or just the tendons in your elbow. cause i never really have that sore of biceps but the inside of my elbows ache and it hurts to straighten my arms after they have been bent for awhile.

it might be as simple as switching up your routine a bit. you could just be in a rut.just move some stuff around. it doesn't really matter what you change, just as long as it gives your muscles and nervous system something new to deal with.
