Lean Cuisine meals...

Are these meals ok? Like the uncle bens chicken and rice meals? All the other kinds of microwavable also? I got the thinking, it would be a hell of a lot easier to toss one of these in the microwave 3 times a day, rather than cooking chicken and rice and vegs. in the morning everyday. Who uses these? WHat are your favorites and best brands as far as health wise, and of course PROTEIN!
 
I do not eat processed food due to the preservatives ...keep in mind that they are very high in sodium.

Take a day to cook allof your food for the week....then freeze it and eat it as needed. :)
 
MF is correct- way yoo much sodium in all of those meals. You would be better off cooking ahead of time for the whole week. This way you can control the macronutrients as well as things like sodium.

:puke: that shit makes me sick. especially after learning what all goes into those pre packaged meals. hypertension in a box.
