Yeah way too easy. After being 205-220lbs for 6 years, I thought it would be alot harder. Realistically @ 5'7" my body probably would like to be 160 again. Now just hoping to replace the fat I shed with muscle.

Had the same problem years ago (couldnt even flat bench 135 without horrific pain) Basically I rested the shoulder, started to do more iso exercises for it and stretched and yeah there was deca too. Pain still lingers to this day, but it comes and goes.
Glutamine along with BCAA's have been shown to blunt cortisol post workout. That alone would be a excellent reason to take it. I dont have the study off hand, but 2g Glutamine PWO does the trick.

Im not so sure Saudades, as a guy that had really deficient delts, I was a shoulder shooter. It was my favorite spot and honestly my shoulders blew up. I thought it was scar tissue because I really did abuse that area, but the size has remained 5 years later.
Im a junkeine! I usually get about 400-500mg/day I don't drink it pre cardio because I don't want an elevated heart rate. Starbucks is by far the best, Green Mountain does some great flavors, and New England is above average.
Ive ran just Deca at 600mg/wk. Body never felt better (joints and tendons) The weight increase was minimal, but my muscles seemed to gain density and thickness.
