What is everyone's take on coffee to get you going in the morning? I haven't worked a day shift in forever, and getting a cup of coffee in me in the morning has got to be the best thing ever for my cardio sessions. I really don't approve of stimulants (stressing the body, then causing it to produce cortisol), but do you think the pros beat out the cons here?
