well from what I understand results should be permanent correct?
I was thinking about helping the elbow heal up as I was driving home tonight
Might try to push it this week as next week i'm traveling the whole time and it would be a good time to take a week off
however, should I continue to use IGF?? Will I see any benefits from it if I take a week off from lifting?
reason why I have to take a week off is b/c of some elbow problems I am having so any ideas are appreciated
usually workout. I actually plan to workout 7days a week. However, I will take a day off when i'm tired. Sometimes I go weeks without taking a day off. Other weeks i'll take 2-3days off. It all depends on how I feel.
not sure what i'm doing this summer
either going to go to CO(estes Park), cruise down to the bahamas, or go to AZ to visit my sister
bad thing is I don't have anybody to go with. Scares me that I might end up doing nothing:(
i'm not usually like this but if you can't do the math then i'm not sure if you need to take this as it only requires basic math skills to figure it out

therefore
.1cc= 100mcgs
.02cc= 20mcgs which should be your first major tick
half of that would be 10mcgs...
