Just wanted to see what kind of food that are main staples in your diet. Like in mine it's chicken, tuna, beef occassionally, brown rice, and mixed veggies. I also try to eat some bran (fiber) products and flax seed products daily. I use a lot of grape seed and olive oil for cooking which is rich in omega 3, and 6.

What about everyone else?

I’ve been eating the equivalent to dog shit the last 6 months. The military is bullshit. They preach of eating healthy and living an active lifestyle but all they serve is grease filled, butter soaked shit. I’m not exaggerating! Corn dogs, cheeseburgers, onion rings etc. The vegetables are drenched in butter. The staples of my diet has been Iso-Pure Whey protein mix and a multivitamin.

Chicken, beef, and vegetables. Although I use some white rice--have to have it for certain Japanese and Brazilian dishes. They just aren't the same with brown rice.

chicken is what wife and I eat most! we buy roasters from supermarket already cooked and down them in one sitting, lol

i eat alot of beef, i get sick of chicken fast, plus with some of training routines its hard as hell to even hold down a meal when training several times a day so i use alot of high quality protein supps

ground turkey, eggs, salmon, orange roughy, blueberries, yogurt

used to be cottage cheese but I cut that out for awhile
