    I don't recommend this with squats... I tore out my vastus lateralus doing high-reps with fairly heavy weights. It didn't happen until the third workout I did like that. The first two were incredible burning workouts. The last one did me in.

    Abs Seperation

    All you can do is crunch them to build the individual "bulges" without making the whole abdominal wall big and bulging out. Bet even that is useless if you don't have a diet plan in place to keep bf down. Anything below 10% works for visibility.
