I just started cycling about 1.5 years ago... I'm on my 3rd cycle... I would have liked to have done more.. but I travel a lot and that gets in the way...
As for health... I see a doctor regular and I stay off longer than I am on... so far I haven't had any adverse side effects... seems like...
I took the doses at 7:30am, 12noon, and 3pm. The first two were baout 30 minutes before a meal... only the last was not before a meal cuz I had to workout.
I can handle feeling like shit... I wont like it but, I am used to dealing with shit. I just hope it is worth it!

Just finsihed 2 weeks on clen at 200 mcg/day and I didn't feel a thing.
Yesterday I had my first day of ECA (25/200/300 mg) 3X per day.
When I worked out that afternoon I felt like hell.

Another 2 questions:
1. Should I taper off at the end of the 2 weeks? LIke the last 3-4 days?
2. On the next 2 week cycle of Clen in this cutting cycle, should I again taper on and taper off? Or just start/ed from the dosage I found I could tolerate?

The Clen I have is from an extremely highly recommended source, so I don't have doubts there. It's the original packaging... can't tell where it is from... writing on it is in some funky language... greek or russian or something. BUt it says .02mg (20mcg) right on the pack. 8 does nothin for me...

I push my own ass pretty hard, and there are always trainers walking around the gym willing to spot if a buddy aint around so I make sure to go to failure and then do negs on everything I do. Not training hard enough is not the problem.

I was 226 and 19% BF at the end of my last cycle (6 feet tall, btw). That was about 7 weeks ago. I was very happy with my strength and size, but of course way too much fat.
SO, even though my cutting cycle was still a couple months away...
I fart all the time no matter what i eat... but protein just makes it smell bad. The wife loves it - especially when the smell wakes her up at night.
