ECA makes me feel like crap

Hey GUys...

Just finsihed 2 weeks on clen at 200 mcg/day and I didn't feel a thing.

Yesterday I had my first day of ECA (25/200/300 mg) 3X per day.
When I worked out that afternoon I felt like hell.

Nauseas...dizzy... my heart rate was sky high - Resting heart rate of 135! I felt hot... my head was kind of fuzzy.. my hands were shaky.... I kept browning out and thinking I would pass out or throw up.

Is that normal? I got through my legs work out but it took longer cuz I kept having to rest.

I felt better by that night - probably 5-6 hours after my last dose... but I am wondering if this is going to be like this the whole 2 weeks I am on it or if my body will get used to it.

Any experiences you can relate would be appreciated!

you took all three before afternoon or am I reading this wrong? How far apart do you space them. I take an eca directly before a meal. If those are your symptoms I would take it once a day and work upward.
 
I got it the first time I used it but after that initial time not a damn thing...I kinda like the shaky jittery feeling pupils dialated etc!
 
I took the doses at 7:30am, 12noon, and 3pm. The first two were baout 30 minutes before a meal... only the last was not before a meal cuz I had to workout.

I can handle feeling like shit... I wont like it but, I am used to dealing with shit. I just hope it is worth it!

Yeah, ECA can that too for me. One thing with ECA that I have found is to pyramid up and stay on. the on/off will play hell with your body.
 
With ECA stuff, I half the dose and take it 6-8 times per day (typically 1 cap every 2 hours). I don't experience any sides this way. In fact, I can't even feel it at all! The only difference I feel when on is I don't get sleepy mid-afternoon. Other than that, I feel nothing. I did this for about 18 weeks last winter and dieted off 30+ pounds of bloat and fat, so it does work.
 
ECA did the same for me, I just got used to it as I'm sure your body should. But I agree a meal after dosing might be a good idea.
 
For me it is more the caffine than the E-I can take 75 mg of e a day and be fine-but when I get 600 mg of c I start getting sick.
 
I am really surprised that you could handle 200 mcg per day of clen but not the ECA stack. All clen is different. I took just 20 mcg of Spiropent last night and I could literally see my heart pounding out of my chest for 3 hours. Fuck that shit. Everyone is right with the ECA stack though. Start with it once per day, then work your way up. Your body will becomed accustomed to the stimulants, and it won't be as harsh. Be real carefull taking it before a leg workout or cardio. I used to do that when I was 23 years old, and it burned fat like a motherfucker. Now I'm 33, and if I did that before cardio or a leg workout, I would for sure throw up because my heart rate would be through the roof. Don't end up like a couple of these well known athletes, ECA is a potent stack. Work up to the max dose over a week or 2. If your body is still reacting that way, swith to something different

Thanks for the advice. My first day on was a leg day... and that was messed up... I'm now on Day 3... not so bad... but I think laying in a tanning booth while on ECA is also messed up. Tried that today and had to get out after 30 minutes... was just too much for me.

Cardio on the other hand feels great. Only problem is that my heart rate takes like an hour to come down afterwards... instead of just a couple minutes.

If you are first time ECA users,what you're feeling is quite normal. Just keep on using, it'll go awayand it will never be that akward ever again, not even if you lay of it for a year.

I have started again today after an off-periode of 6 months (hell I was seriousy addicted) and the side-effects are minimal.

BUT... don't think you feel like shit NOW!!! Wait till you come off:d That's what feeling like shit is like!!! So if you are a first time user I suggest you use it for no more than 3 weeks and see how you handle it. You wouldn't be the first to fall in a serious state of lethargy!

ooooooh! That makes more sense now. "come off" not "come." hehehe. thanks.

what's it feel like when you come off it? And should I taper off or just cold turkey it?
 
I was thinking about that too, but I suspect just going cold turkey and biting through it will be best solution.

What it feels like? The opposite of what it is feeling right now. You'll feel exhausted, energyless, very hungry and a (bit?)depressed (to say the least). That's the physical drawback.

Also count in the emotional drawback which is of course also opposite. Suddenly cardio won't go so well anymore, the extra 'drive' in the gym will be way, etc. Count this in in advance, otherwise you'll feel disappointed which will be very bad for your moral. Several things are going good now because of the extra 'boost' and you should realize right now it wont stay that way when you go off. So considered your current status as 'abnormal'.

Not everybody reacts the same, but I've seen people (including myself) go into a very deep crash. Off course I was on for over half a year. Took me several months to get back to 'normal'. I was wrecked.

Just a friendly warning of what 'could' be happening (doesn't mean it will).

I guess it's a "good" thing that I am feeling none of the positive stuff you are talking about, and I already feel all the negative stuff. Hopefully that means that I have no worse to go to when I go off...

maybe try a NYC, you might tolerate it a lot better than ECA
