    There no differents between protein in a raw egg and a cook egg. With a raw egg you do have a chance of getting salmonella poising, that would be a good way to lose a lot of weight. seriously don't eat raw eggs!!!

    I found the best way to do prop is to mix it with deca or eq. If your taking prop ED and let say your taking 400mg of eq a week, you need to figure out how much eq to put in the pin ED to equal 400mg a week. works great for me.

    I'm new to this IGF so what is the best way IM or SQ? I"m kind of leaning in the direction of IM, is that the best? If you inject IGF IM, can you mix it with other gear? If you inject IGF by itself IM, what size of pins are you using 5/8 or ? Any input good or bad will help. Thanks
