Quick question for everybody... When I train lately, I have been cramping ALOT, but not in the targeted muscle group... for example, I trained legs yesterday and while squatting, I get cramps in my forearms and across my back... fireburing cramps! I am definately focusing on hydration as I am well above 1 gallon of liquid a day and drink gatoraid throught the w/o... It happens too much! I even have been cramping in my abs when I put my shoes on! It is really that bad... Supps now are win, test e, tren, eq... any ideas???
