my advice -- and everyone is different
25 gauge 1 " for delts and thighs
23 gauge 1 1/2" for glutes
tren and prop together -- my favorite. Never worry bout mixing them -- never happens -- but even if it does it is no problem -- gosh some folks use prop for the "oil" for their tren powder to get a nice strong tren prop.
from what i understand presser the RIAA goes after the people sharing large numbers of files -- i have heard greater than 500. if you don't share hundreds of files you may be fine. when i go online myself i use gnucleus on gnuttella. Gnucleus doesn't deposit spyware and that is why i like it...
i know exactly what you mean about coming back from a layoff. i was laid up but a seriosly messed up shoulder. i have pretty much finished rehab fromthe surgery but now the challenge is the discipline of hitting the gym.
That is a seriously heavy cycle -- wow
IMHO the key is perfect form. This tends to mesh with moderate weight and higher reps/set. Something you can go to failure using perfect form for about 12 reps for 2 or 3 sets. Of course we all have different genetics.
I also recommend modifying the letter and sending it to your state's senators. If we can't change Biden's mind maybe we can sway others who may help stop it.
the link below will give you the contact info for your senators.
