sup yall whats the way to go about getting your muscles more cut and defined as apposed to just bigger. is it less reps with more wieght or more reps with less weight? i have heard this before but i get it mixed up. thanks in advance.
 
IMHO the key is perfect form. This tends to mesh with moderate weight and higher reps/set. Something you can go to failure using perfect form for about 12 reps for 2 or 3 sets. Of course we all have different genetics.
 
I agree that form is key. You must have ggod form. Many say, to get muscles more defined not bigger, less weight and more reps. I don't totally agree. you need to be pushing up weight that challenges you to grow or get defined. Maybe 3 sets of 12-10-8 as opposed to 3 sets of 8-8-6. As long as the last rep troubles you, you'll be okay.

Remember form.
 
Also holding reps, like isometrics, this will surely bring out your cuts and striations, for example if ur doing leg extensions, at the end of ur reps hold the last one up for as long as humanly possible, this will help develope the deep cuts in ur legs that wouldnt come by any other means then cardio otherwise,

yea but hes not a computer rapper though. its a dude named madlib but he speeds up his voice to make the alter ego "quasimoto" haha
