Hockey was canceled yesterday due to rink repairs. Ice was being made yesterday, so no skating. I was disappointed but it was a blessing, really. LOTS to do around here... I took the day off from training and worked.

I had planned to go straight to 265 but decided I wanted to feel the weight going up progressively, so did a set at 245: 1x5
265: 4x5
I took 265 off the rack for a 5th set but only just started to descend when I knew my low back was done. I for sure would have hurt myself if I tried it. Which is a shame, because I was feeling better with each set until then. Oh, well. Still rebuilding from back surgery.
Leg Press:
8 plates per side: 5x5
Between leg press sets I did abs:
In & outs: 1x15
Bicycles: 1x15
Russian twists w/ 20lb db: 1x15
Done. Usually, I do leg extensions and leg curls but it's lunch time; I'm tired; and don't feel like it. Not to mention a ton of work to do.
