I also use HGH and IGF and my waist is 30". At the most 32" and when I'm dieted down 28 to 29" My belly does kinda poke out a little but only when totaly relaxed. 99% of time I hold my shit tight.

I will only wear underarmour. The most comfortable shoes I have ever wore. Litteray like wearing another pair of socks!!!!! I buy 1 pair a year and the ones I had before are still in great shape. Believe me, I'm very hard on shoes and UA are the only shoes that can take the beating I thrown down...

Other than not being able to do cardio tonite, everything is right on track. My weight is stay between 199 and 202. All this clean food really affects my body in a positive way. I look fuller and rounder not to mention just feal better from eating high quality foods. Going to the gym early...
Oh yeah, I also started some light cardio this week. Just a nice 20 to 30 walk 3 to 4 times a week for now. That will all change prob 5 to 6 weeks out....
As many of you know I'm doing the ironman BB show in chicago November 3rd. I will be using MC IGF as part of my supplement regimine. I just got mine today and took the day off from the gym so I'll post daily on this log and post some before training and after training pics to show the insane...
Bro, pain and soreness is just something you gta learn to deal with when it comes to aas usage. A heating pad and a couple of naproxins will help with soreness, but you get used to it after awhile....

adding the HGH and other peps will make a huge diff. But all is for nothing if your diet is not on point. So really focus on that and you will reach your goal....

Exactly!!!!! I mean look at asians. They live like forever and eat fish and rice like 90% of the time. I fckn love fish so that wouldn't bother me a bit.
