What kind of shoes do you wear? How often do you replace them? I've gone through a ton of different kinds. I liked Shox for a while, but they eventually made my knees hurt. I've had a thin Addidas for a while and I like them, they make my calves look bigger and the flat firm bottom keeps my knees stable. Recently my back has been hurting alot when I wear them do I got some new Asics yesterday. They were marked down from $120 to $50. They're AMAZING. It feels like walking on a squishy mat. My back feels great! I wouldn't wear them for training legs though. I'm thinking of buying those nice gel insoles for the Addidas so I can still wear them.

I have a custom made pair of shox that I love because I know they are one of a kind and have my name on them, but I mainly wear New Balance 574's

What about when you squat and deadlift? I always know when it's time to replace my shoes as I start getting back and / or knee pain just walking around

When I squat or deadlift I wear wrestling shoes. I have an old pair that I need to update, but I am tight when it comes to shit like that as long as the others don't have holes I'm good

I bought a pair of Merrell's a long time ago (like 10+ years) and I still have them to cut grass in, but they were some of the most comfortable shoes I'd ever bought

i wear puma everything...voltaic to workout in...feel like slippers, ultra thin and lite

I will only wear underarmour. The most comfortable shoes I have ever wore. Litteray like wearing another pair of socks!!!!! I buy 1 pair a year and the ones I had before are still in great shape. Believe me, I'm very hard on shoes and UA are the only shoes that can take the beating I thrown down on them everyday....

i did the same thing about 7 years ago. they cost me like $210 (everything is inflated in Australia)
but i must say i havnt found a shoe as cumfortable as them since. . after wearing them into the ground i pulled the insols out and put them in my everday work shoes. so much better!

now though i train in Nike Luna glide 2's prety cumfy shoe for running. I take them off when training calves though. i dont get enough feel with them on

Whatever I see on sale that still look good. When I use to race I was real particular and only wore New Balance flat racers or thin trainers.

For squats I use wrestling shoes if I know I'm going to go heavy. Lately it is more high volume, 20+ reps so I go lighter and like normal sneakers.

I wont be caught wearing vibram or finger anythings.

Lol.. He's talkin about those shoes that are like gloves.. They weren't made back then..or did you just wear work gloves on your feet?

Yeah Pumas are my choice but now I got a relative in Brooks for 50% off is there stuff any good? Heard they now compete with Asics. I got a normal arch do wrestling shoes are out they're for flat feet..
