Hi all I've been MIA for last 6 weeks or so and not by choice either. Work has damn near killed me with insane hours, mental, and physical stress :dead: lol! I finally caught a little break in the action, regrouped, and got my mind and body back on the right track. So I'm now hoping things...
Taze sounds interesting. The only one I've tried was NO explode and I liked it ok, pretty good pumps and no crash, but I've got nothing to compare it to.
It all goes back to women having a primal attraction to bigger stronger aphla males that will give them a better chance of having healthy offspring. Or at least that sounds good lol!
Just about anything as long I get protein and lots of complex carbs in before I lift. I get the dizziness too if I don't eat before or if I have too many fast carbs and not enough slow carbs.
That's what it did for me too, a crazy boost in strength. At the start I was incline benching 225 X 8 and at the end of my run (ran it for six weeks) I was hitting 275 X 8.
That's some good shit there! One of the most powerful motivations for me is fear of leaving anything on the table or falling short because I didn't give 100%.
This stuff is pretty amazing, it hits hard and fast. I get a surge in strength and an almost comical pump when I take before I lift. I walk into the gym looking like a guy with ok muscular devolpement and walk out looking beastly, it's kind of funny, I don't look like the same guy!
Over eating usually sparks my heart burn, weather it's clean eating or not. I've been eating clean since Jan. 2nd and still get when I stuff myself, but if I don't eat like my life depends on it I start slowly shrinking. A couple of generic Tums takes care of it though so strap on the feed bag!
You can do them in the gym but not quite the same. Just do a timed hold with heay weight. You don't get the added benefit of stabilization because you're not walking but if you go really heavy for a couple of minutes you'll get the results.
I've heard from those that get jacked up guts from whey that it's easier on the digestion system. My guess is I'd still fart like an old plow mule on draft beer. Might be worth a shot though. I'm really tired of having wind burn on my asshole!
As of now me and Lil Lifter are planning on going! The wifey and I are really looking forward to working out at the hotel now! Thanks Buffalo for the added incentive to head to Vegas for the Olympia!
Yea hydrolized whey is all I use post workout for all the reasons you mentioned. I have 60-80 grams of fast carbs with my hydro pro so it just taste sweet to me, I haven't tried it solo yet.
I think the last time I had mine tested I waited 3 weeks prior to the conclusion of my PCT but I was using Torem instead of Nolva and my levels we good, but hell everyone's body is different so it's hard to say for sure.
