Def seeing a lot more looks and went to a function the other night and had a few older women and younger women grabbing my arms saying I needed to come with them. Haha good thing the wife was their, just kidding guys. But on a serious note, since I did my last cycle and put on 25lb or so odd pounds I have def gotten more looks from women and even my buddys are saying I look better with some muscle.

It definitely works for some women. Some really go out of their way show you attention. Sometimes that's not a good thing though. The hot ones are always welcome...the not-so-hot ones can keep their distance. It also doesn't seem to matter to much to my wife. She acts like it don't matter, and I always say she wouldn't think that if I was some huge fat ass that didn't take care of myself and just sat around eating Cheetos and cookies all day and night.

This is funny lol I was sitting eating at a restaurant the other day and a girl came and sat with me we got to talking she asked what I do for a living I told her and she said "no wonder you're in such good shape" I said "yeah I was 138 lbs when I first started working out" she said "wow that's too skinny" i told her "i bet if I still weighed 138 you wouldn't be sitting here right now" she smiled and nodded her head as to agree lol we both had a good laugh about it. Woman dig it... They generally complain about my "no neck" look at times but hey... I like that part lol

I don't get how women can find these skinny guys or beer bellied men attractive. IF you are your girl have the same size arms, there's a serious problem. At least that's my opinion. I just don't get how people don't care about being built like a real man. And I know the tabloids don't help when they say that people like Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey are considered to have the "best beach bodies." That's a disgrace to anyone who busts their ass in the gym

When people used to ask me where I worked out I would say i didnt work out just played a lot of tennis. lol
Now I just say "I dont work out anymore, just used to". I was buying a suit few years back. Guy was fitting
me for the jacket and was tapering the waist and said, holy shit, your back is huge, how often do you work out.
I said not much at the same time my wife says EVERY DAY. I get pissed when someone asks me a question and
"big mouth" has to answer.
