I'm looking to increase my healthy fats, I have a feeling I'm getting no where near enough. What does everyone use? And is it things you get at the grocery or supps?
Damn, 268!?!? I didn't know you got that high in lbs, thats huge bro. A few years ago I was 255 and about 20% bf, strong as hell, but very uncomfortable.
I just asked because I took it when I was a little kid and I remember going to the cafeteria at school around 9 every morning and eating hot dogs because I was so hungry.
Ok so I totaled up a rough estimate of my daily carb intake. This is from good and bad carbs, 480-500 grams. I usually get about 150-200 daily. I guess we'll see how I feel and look tom. You guys think I should lift and do cardio tommorow or does that not make a difference?
