Usually I'll have one cheat meal a week. Well Friday night ended up eating pizza and breadsticks with a few beers. Worked out today, then came home and idk what got into me...lol I literally started eating everthing in site, good..bad... didn't matter. I wasn't even hungry but just kept eating. I understand its about self control but now I'm sitting here bloated and feel sick as well as disgusted with myself.

shit bro, in the offseason I do that every weekend ...LOL !!! So I wouldnt worry about it to much..Just means you will look a little bit water loged for a few days...but the pumps should be insane
 
thats usually what I like but I swear as of lately my pumps have been almost non existent. I don't feel like I'm doing shit when I workout.
 
Maybe time to switch things up bro. When my body acts like that i gotta change the diet up completely. Try that diet im running now, I bet if you switch up your diet etc then you will feel totally different in there. Also youll prob start burning more fat again, just like working out your diet has to change as well.

And dont worry about the eating frenzy just 2 days homey youll hold some water etc. for a few days but no worries. Anytime I go crazy like that i dont even feel like eating a cheat meal the next week.
 
Dont fee alone bro. Ive been on prednisone and have bained 14 pounds in 10 days. I have literally eaten everything I can get my hands on. I am finally starting to drop some of the bloat, but I have just not been able to get full. I could shave twice a day and I would have a shadow again by ten that night. Sometimes we need a good cheater. I just got through eating two pieces of pizza myself. LOL. Im also contemplating two beers. Monday Im taking the bull by the horns and doing a cardio workout and my normal workout. Splitting them up too.
 
Ok so I totaled up a rough estimate of my daily carb intake. This is from good and bad carbs, 480-500 grams. I usually get about 150-200 daily. I guess we'll see how I feel and look tom. You guys think I should lift and do cardio tommorow or does that not make a difference?
 
Asthma and bronchitis. I have an immune disorder, more specifically gamma globulin deficiency and to help my body combat inflammation I get prednisone everytime I get any rattle or severe congestion as a preventative measure. I hate that crap bro. It jacks my bp up, I swell with water, and feel like garbage. My arms are nearly an inch bigger than two weeks ago when I was at 220, but its all water.
 
I just asked because I took it when I was a little kid and I remember going to the cafeteria at school around 9 every morning and eating hot dogs because I was so hungry.
 
yep its horrible. My hair is growing like crazy and so is my gut. I look like Chuck Liddell right now. LOL.
 
i do that once, sometimes twice a day. I feel if i dont, i will lose too much weight/muscle really fast
 
we all do it from time to time bro...last night I decided i wanted 4 bowls of cereal...WHAT!!! Definitely not the best thing for me

are you dieting? 150-200 carbs is bare bones end of dieting starving for me!

When Im that low, at least 2, maybe 3 days a week im refeeding with about 500 carbs. No wonder your pumps and gym attitude sucks. You're hungry bro!
 
Yea I am dieting trying to not be so fat. The thing is I'm not hungry. I proly only get hungry one time a day. I'm getting about 3 meals with 2-3 shakes a day.
 
I have been there many times myself and lately when I get into that eat everything mode i try and go for a run or do something different but sometimes it's just stress or your body telling you that you need calories
