Usually I'll have one cheat meal a week. Well Friday night ended up eating pizza and breadsticks with a few beers. Worked out today, then came home and idk what got into me...lol I literally started eating everthing in site, good..bad... didn't matter. I wasn't even hungry but just kept eating. I understand its about self control but now I'm sitting here bloated and feel sick as well as disgusted with myself.
