Gyms always empty on Friday Saturday and Sunday so I use these days for chest and legs because the equipment is very busy during the week so I always jump on the opportunity for it on the weekend.

Travel day/ rest day
Yesterday was a travel day/rest day. Had to complete my 10hr shift then drive 6hrs home. Food was keep pretty good other than only having a gas station snack at 8pm. Have to work in the house again today. Patch some holes in the ceilings and patch all the holes in the walls...
