Every gyms got their tools man. We have no shortage where I train...I just chuckle at them and wear headphones so I dont have to hear them...little dudes with ILS...dudes with 40% bodyfat who give "bodybuilding" advice...the list goes on...

A decently large meal 1-2 hours before training...high in carbs and protein is what ya need. You want to take advantage of your natural insulin response...same principals as PWO nutrition.
During your workout sip on BCAA's with some citruline malate mixed in if you like. Xtend is a good pre...

I started doing them again a few months ago...had a microdiscectomy about 2 years ago....feel 100% now so I do them every other back work out....I do not go heavy any more, just 225-250lbs and try to hit 4 sets of 20 reps each.....try some high rep deads and your back will explode with new mass...

I'd say at least 95% use...why wouldnt you? HGH is undetectable and pretty good insurance policy for your career...Be bigger, be faster make more $$$$

Higher reps work for me no doubt...
Im 31 now and have had a couple major injuries due to the heavy lower rep training I use to do...All my reps are 10-20 now and the results have been awesome.
Keeps me injury free too which equals more consistency in the gym equaling better overall progress..
