more parents should pay attention to their kids diet/eating habbits. Atleast in the US. I think I saw that we were the fattest country, and the number of obese children has risen significantly over the last 10 years or so.
I did an ARMS only Monday to change things up a bit. What a difference it made for me. Here it is Wednesday and the soreness has really set in. I may keep it this way for a while. Not combining arms with chest or back allowed me to train them at a whole new level.
I will be cutting really hard this time around. I haven't been below 10% bf since I got out of bootcamp over 10 years ago. Gaining size has been a real chore for me. I won't quit cutting until i'm at or below 10%.
