Yeah, I'd like to read more about women and the use of IGF as well. I've taken it off and on for years and I'm currently using it daily now. I've only had experience with MC's IGF and love it!! Amazing pumps for one thing. Feel free to ask me anything and I'll help if I can.

Set 2 - 45 seconds (blah)
Set 3 - 46 seconds
I really tried to focus on my breathing like suggested so that's probably why I made it past the minute mark... barely, lol! I was dying for the following two sets though. Like Day 2, I just...
