    i havent trained traps in 3 years.....just like a lumberjack, a world class rower, or anyone that doenst use progressive weight= no growth. deads and rack deads for traps.

    i dont think any of the doses you have listed are excessive. igf maybe, since most protocols i hear of are 40-50mcgs 3x a week pwo...hopefully the people who are using those amounts at least look the part..
