was haveing trouble with shoulder pain when it came to the stretches. so lowered weight with them and felt a hell of alot better.got a better hit on the intended bodypart to.
are you talking DC stretches here? I don't think you need to go really heavy with the stretches, the amount of weight won't make that much of a difference as long as it's enough to stretch the fascia of the muscle and help stimulate blood flow etc.
