    Milk thistle is good stuff bro, you can get it just about anywhere. I take about 600 mgs a day when Im on cycle to help keep my sides down, ran tren-e for 12 weeks and the only side i got was night sweats, but that could be just me. Its def worth an add to anyones supp list.
