    who uses Smith machine for bench presses?

    I use it every once in a while to help me get through a sticky point when I am trying to go up in weight on my regular bench. This along with heavy dumbells seems to help. I also use the smith for shoulder press all the time.

    week off

    Yep, I was off the gear for about 10 days and went back to my normal weight. I think my body was fighting off infection so much is why I lost the weight, just guessing, really don't know?

    It's not just me. 3 of my gym buddies ran 12 week bulk cycles without gaining a pound. I haven't done a lot of cycles but I have probably got 2 good runs under my belt and at the time I started I weighed around 155-160, I now weigh 210. That was on real gear and half ass eating and training...

    which GH to use... LABELED OR UNLABELED

    I thought it took like 4-6 months to notice anything with GH or is that with just GH by itself. I have never taken GH but my next cycle will include it along with insulin which I have also never taken. I've always heard both are a must if you want to seriously grow.

    Every 9-10 weeks I take a week off from training completely, no cardio or anything and I also go on a eating craze and eat all the garbage I can stand. Man I love that week!!!!
