I use it every once in a while to help me get through a sticky point when I am trying to go up in weight on my regular bench. This along with heavy dumbells seems to help. I also use the smith for shoulder press all the time.

I thought it took like 4-6 months to notice anything with GH or is that with just GH by itself. I have never taken GH but my next cycle will include it along with insulin which I have also never taken. I've always heard both are a must if you want to seriously grow.
Every 9-10 weeks I take a week off from training completely, no cardio or anything and I also go on a eating craze and eat all the garbage I can stand. Man I love that week!!!!
