I've tried to do cardio before on the bike and eliptical but after about 2 minutes I'm bored and ready to move on. I know I could use it but right now I just try to diet really good.
Nope. I'm sorry but I just don't believe all the hype they put into their supplements. I don't take any supplements at all anymore and just get everything I need from food and can tell a huge difference. I think it is all overpriced garbage full of who knows what.
Glad to see him back in the game. He's one of my favorites. I agree with everyone that he could bring up his legs but I hope that doesn't effect his waistline, hope he keeps it tight. Keeping that smaller waist will help make his legs look bigger I think.

Nope. You can't calculate how strong you are. You can either lift the weight or you can't. The 1RM calculator is for the guy who is too scared to get under the weight.........
Yep, Yep!! I have never understood why you need someone to lift the weight off the rack for you. If you can't push it 2 inches off the rack you damn sure not going to get it off your chest........
Usually go to failure but not becuase I'm gased my knees begin to hurt really bad so I have been doing about 70% weight and just push out as many as I can which may only be 8-10 reps but I may do 10 sets.
Heavy weight no doubt but when wearing a bench shirt, I don't think so.... Plus didn't even go all the way down and touching the top of your fat stomach doesn't count. Looks like some of the clowns in my gym when trying to bench 315. Sorry, but just not a fan of the bench shirt and it doesn't...
Nope. I benched 405 for 5 reps last year but I can't remember the last time I did a 1 rep max. I would like to bench 500 one day but it's not some goal I'm pushing for. I am kinda of curious what my max would be though, may give it a go in the next couple of days........
