75 grams of carbs seems to be too low. Probably why you have no strength and losing muscle mass, your not feeding yourself an energy source. If it where me I would double the clean carb intake and stick with the cardio. Results will soon come........

OK, So the body produces about 50ml a week naturally, your taking roughfly 75ml and growing? Thats only .25ml more than natural production. I wouldn't think you could see any changes with that low of an amount but if you are that's great.
