I dont change a thing. keep focused on the intensity, and form. I used to train like Branch Warren (at least in my mind I did) slinging heavy weights every single work out. I hurt things that I did not know you could hurt. The only major change I make when in on is the diet..
I just went through the same thing. Shoulders, elbows, wrists, and even lower back worn out. I took off 1 week, did everything I knew to do to rest and recoop during that week off. When I went back I felt good but sore as hell post work out. Getting readyto start a new cycle in the near future...
My first time pinning the IGF, I fuxed up and mis read the slin pinn and drew way way too muck and pinned it. It left me with a bruise on my stomach the size of a small pancake. Scared the shit out of me. If you are old like me (54) make shre you got pins that you can read.
MMA has become just like NASCAR. They hold out till the end and then try to put on a show. They should shorten the fights to 1 round all out. NASCAR should shorten the races lower the prices for a fan and let them go race period...
My problem is that I some times feel full after eating a small amount of food. Then I get hungry again very soon after a small meal and tthe process starts all over again.
