am cardio is good but 90 minutes is alot
and im not sure what your trying to achieve but the workouts seem all over the place
not really focusing on any 1 muscle group at a time
I like evanescence or slow music. Its always easier to pose too
I have no rhythm so I pick a slow song, pose slow and bam its all over lol
Then all you have to do is worry about winning
YOu dont need someone all the time. Myself and alot of other gurus use weekly pictures through email
Then make a few trips out to see your coach and work on the posing
Hey if you can find a qualified guy near you then do it but mostly everyone does it through email
