That's a common wish I too have resumed running and wish I could get my ankle/foot to respond from applications of IGF. The feedback I have gotten is that I can't shoot my ankle/lower calf, as there is not enough muscle, or fat. Bummer. It did help my shoulder......

Interesting... The Hex could have exacerbated the gyno, too. It's Prolactin.....Given your condition, might wanna run an inhibitor with that. Also, Toremifene is said to be able to reverse gyno (shrink lumps) caused by PH. No issues with IGF. I wanna run that stuff forever.
