    i weighed 235 at 7.2% before i started. i was on stage at 202! but i did come in much drier than last year so that was the weight difference. i never got my BF tested b/c its so overrated. there is too much error involved. i was probably mid 4's.

    strongman competition ?

    muscle lifts weights and fat does nothing but make you slow. you need a great grip and a strong low back. my training partner is a pro strongman. so i have a little insight into the strongman world.
