Hi I am totally new to this. I purchased five vials of the IGF1 LR3 each with 1 ML 1,000 MCGs. The vials were liquid NOT powder. I added 4ML of Bacteriostatic water and it is not "mixing" in other words it looks like oil and water and it seems that the IGF1 LR3 is not mixing or dissolving the...- jackrainmaker
