This is pretty scary on how the bar goes back behind his head...

As soon as I saw those spotters I knew they had no clue what they are doing, and the main spotter walks away...Everyone of them including the lifter sucks, completely sucks and should not involved in any type of lifting ever again...

I swear I just dont get this shit. This guy couldnt even hold a 1000lbs, but yet he is going to put on a "cheat" shirt and try to bench it. What the Fuck for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay tuned, Im going to do a 1500lb bench press, while wearing a "cheat" shirt, a board on my chest, and three spotters with their hands on the bar. Why not, hell I was able to get 405lb raw.

I've seen this same thing happen to a guy last year at a powerlifting meet, it's crazy how they are able to avoid dropping it on their necks (like I've done).

Yep, Yep!! I have never understood why you need someone to lift the weight off the rack for you. If you can't push it 2 inches off the rack you damn sure not going to get it off your chest........

I can tell you first off, with or without a shirt and whether you have heavy weight on or not, you're better off to get someone to hand off to you simply because of the angle the bar is to the line of the press, by lifting off to yourself, you're putting a lot of strain on your shoulders and can cause a lot of damage to them over time. Anything over what I can military press gets handed out to me, I don't care if I'm maxing out or getting 25 reps, I have had shoulder problems in the past and I won't go through it again, it's just a precaution for me.

I think the same, how do they manage to save their life???
Also the spotters could never help it, no way, i am sure they cant even help with half of the weight.
If i was the one lifting i would bring my own people so at least i die on my friends hands...lol :bench:

Perhaps just a little bit, I know what he's getting at, but at the same time, there's a reason for a lift out especially in a bench shirt. You have to literally fight to get your hands all the way to the rings, there'd be no way in hell you could lift it out to yourself in a shirt though
